Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be a trusted HR partner for our leaders, managers, and employees, offering valuable consultation and driving the execution of key HR initiatives across the organization. You will provide support across various HR topics, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Culture, whilst ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall employee engagement. Responsibilities

• Business Partnership
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and department leaders to identify HR needs and create tailored solutions.
• Support the implementation of learning and development (L&D) initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
• Assist in designing and executing talent management strategies aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide market insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
• Talent Management
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and conducting performance reviews.
• Develop succession planning and career development strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and enhance employee engagement.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition, talent management and business partnering.
• As a growing business, proven experience in end-to-end global hiring for both front and back office roles, including tech and non-tech positions in Finance or Technology is a must.
• Hands-on experience with talent management frameworks, including succession planning, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
• Actively contribute to the department’s efforts to elevate both Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition.
• Good understanding of learning and development principles is a plus.
• Technically proficient and confident in using various HR systems; skilled in analyzing people data and translating it into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

As the Senior Manager of Customer Experience Design - Digital, you will lead and manage the Customer Experience Design-Digital team. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing the digital experience for customers across various touchpoints. You will identify opportunities and manage the development of digital solutions throughout the customer journey roadmap. Additionally, you will research and implement digital products and services that align with the brand values, providing a more personalized and integrated digital customer journey. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of innovation strategy from concept to development and integration into everyday business operations. By leveraging innovative thinking and market analysis, you will ensure that every application feature delivery surpasses competitors.

Responsibilities:

Operational:

• Develop and direct research-based design efforts aimed at continuous improvement of current products and services, generating new experience concepts across all areas of the customer journey. Convey these concepts to the IT & Digital team as technical specifications, design, and business/scope requirements.
• Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features through active user research and performance metrics, including competitor analysis and design workshops.
• Manage a project-centric core team, including product/project specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality application delivery that meets business requirements.
• Ensure consistency and quality of standards and processes across the team throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Develop budget proposals for digital customer experience projects to present to the Head of Department.

• Minimum of 8 years of job-related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects.
