Job Duties and Responsibilities

Create exceptional Google Ads marketing campaigns that boost traffic, generate leads, and accelerate conversions across diverse markets.
Perform comprehensive research on keywords, audiences, and competitors to shape effective campaign strategies.
Set up, manage, and fine-tune search ads, PMAX, YouTube, Display, and Discovery campaigns on Google Ads.
Focus intently on Google Ads best practices to enhance Quality Score and overall campaign effectiveness.
Implement strategic remarketing tactics to improve conversions and address any gaps in the sales funnel.
Ensure accurate setup and tracking of conversions for optimization purposes.
Establish best practices for tracking to measure performance and accurately report attribution.
Evaluate and report on campaign performance, measuring against objectives like CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
Plan and oversee the media buying budget, effectively updating and monitoring expenses.
Leverage Google Analytics to examine ad and website performance, pinpointing successes and opportunities for enhancement through data insights.
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to create high-quality campaign assets.
Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, ensuring account cleanliness and compliance with advertising policy guidelines.
Experience in the medical, health, and wellness sectors is a bonus.
Knowledge of SEO practices is advantageous.

We are looking for someone with:

At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing sector.
A demonstrated history of creating successful Google Ads campaigns.
Strong expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Proficient in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across a variety of platforms.
Knowledgeable in remarketing strategies and techniques for conversion optimization.
Skilled in using Google Analytics to drive insights and refine marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills paired with a collaborative spirit.
Capable of effectively managing budgets and achieving results through data-informed decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Buying Manager, the role is to curate a commercially viable geo-channel assortment for the Brand in conjunction with Omni-merchandising, Global Product Operations, Design and Production teams to meet the competitive and commercial needs of the markets. The role is to manage and spearhead in-season and future assortment strategy and opportunity with the cross functional teams’ partnership for maximizing sales and margin.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Senior Manager and Brand Management to ensure product strategies are in line with overall business strategy.
Manage the in-season business through weekly business analysis and recaps. Make recommendations due to changes in trend and business in order to maximize sales and margin opportunities.
Take ownership of the roadmap in collaboration with Global Product Operations, Omni-Merchandising and Design teams. Identify key product opportunities to grow the business through product testing and hindsight.
Ensure product assortment is commercially viable and aligned with the Brand’s seasonal vision. Direct and drive seasonal buys and conversations through business and geography expertise.
Communicate assortment strategy to stakeholders at all points within the season.
Understand the Brand’s market presence in the markets through store and market visits. Understand the competition and pricing architecture.
Conduct competitive analysis and resources to identify gaps within the existing assortment architecture and pricing strategy.
Take accountability for the corporate product calendar and communicate all changes to the teams.
Establish alignment within the calendar and product cycle to ensure it remains global in nature, seek for continuous improvements and identify best practices.
Perform other duties and projects as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or equivalent, with a strong fashion sense and understanding of competitive landscape and trends
5-7 year’s solid buying/merchandising experience from fashion/apparel specialty retailers
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to act as a strong liaison and influencer among different stakeholders
Good command of English and Cantonese
High degree of proficiency on Google applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on and deadline-oriented work environment
Passionate, self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines and reporting

About the Job

As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and looking to expand its business into multiple jurisdictions, we are seeking professionals in the IT GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) space to support our Information Security Team. Your role will involve assisting the company in several areas, including IT Regulatory Affairs, Security Certifications, Policy and Process Design, IT Control and Assurance, and Audit Engagement Coordination. You should have a high-level understanding of various technology functions, processes, and concepts. We expect you to possess strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to deliver results with high precision.

Responsibilities

Develop IT policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices, relevant technologies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
Act as the point of contact for IT Regulatory Affairs and Client Due Diligence Questionnaires.
Review and revamp existing IT policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards. Lead SOC 2 and ISO accreditations, obtaining and maintaining various IT and security compliance certifications.
Evaluate and manage capabilities that enable the organization to reliably achieve its objectives, address uncertainty, and act with integrity, making the organization more responsive and efficient overall.
Manage audit findings remediation to mitigate risks.
Coordinate external assessment requests related to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary responsible party to drive and ensure policy compliance.
Perform and manage regular information security and control assessments to ensure compliance with information security policies and standards.
Identify and address information security risks and requirements to protect the organization from adversity, surprises, and weaknesses.
