We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of product design and sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Working closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of inventory replenishments and address any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Product Development & Documentation:

• Perform ongoing reviews of business requirements and processes for Hex Trust's Markets products.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and UX teams to create and maintain documentation, including Product Requirements Documents, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test Cases.
• Support UAT, implementation, and user training as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature implementation based on effort estimations and expected value.
• Gather, validate, and document requirements from investors and stakeholders.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research on competitor features and industry trends.
• Perform data analyses to support business decisions and product strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in financial services, particularly digital assets.
