You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Working closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

As the Crypto Payment Product Manager, you will lead the development of stablecoin payment products that facilitate seamless interactions between fiat and crypto currencies. This role is pivotal in aligning our payment products with industry standards and customer needs, ensuring usability, compliance, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the design, development, and rollout of stablecoin-based payment products with a seamless user experience and robust feature set, focusing on fiat-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-stablecoin transactions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on payment solutions in Web3 and traditional markets to identify opportunities and refine our product offerings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• User Feedback & Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product iterations and enhancements, focusing on usability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Data-driven Strategy: Define and track key product metrics, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions on product roadmap and prioritization.

-Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with a focus on fiat products in crypto exchanges or payment industry experience with an interest in Web3.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of stablecoin products, digital wallets, fiat-to-crypto conversion, and cross-border payments.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with blockchain technology, specifically around stablecoin integrations, Web3 protocols, and digital asset security.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying user needs, and translating these into actionable product requirements.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges for Stablecoin adoption.
• Develop product ideas and turn them into user stories and product requirements based on customer needs and market insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new product features and enhancements.
• Drive the launch and go-to-market activities for new Stablecoin products, including creating supporting documentation and training materials in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and fintech industries, including regulatory changes and technological advancements.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and other materials to communicate product information to internal and external audiences.

• 5+ years of experience in a product-related role, ideally within fintech, payments, or a technology-focused company.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with a particular focus on Stablecoins.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage day to day Virtual Asset and Fiat Settlements. Support optimisation and execution of reconciliation process and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

• Assist in daily reconciliation process of bank, settlement system and blockchain
• Perform investigation in trade details/confirmation/settlement discrepancies and related outstanding issues
• Identify open risks, escalation and resolution
• Work closely with technology and traders on identifying optimisation of the reconciliation process
• Support trade booking, matching and reconciliation
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risk
• Contribute to system development and ad-hoc projects

Compliance

• Support various company products’ fund transfer by ensuring the guidelines of Anti-Money Laundering/ Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) measures are followed thoroughly
• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with regulatory requirements in a timely manner and effectively implemented, mitigate the adverse effects of criminal economic activity and promote integrity and stability in financial markets.
