Communication Mastery: Develop and deliver compelling investor presentations, financial disclosures, and strategic updates to ensure transparent and effective communication with investors.
Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Investor Feedback: Act as the primary interface for investor inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement to maintain investor satisfaction.
Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with executive management, finance, legal, and marketing teams to align investor relations activities with overall corporate objectives.
Event Representation: Represent the company at investor conferences, roadshows, and industry events to promote awareness and build relationships within the investor community.
Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, including SFC filings and disclosures.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, fundraising, or related roles.
Extensive experience in investor relations or related fields within the financial services or digital asset industry, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investor behavior.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive messages for different audiences.
Proficient in financial analysis and modeling, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset to anticipate investor needs and market trends.
Fluency in English & Mandarin.
