Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and brand identity
- Create engaging social media content that resonates with the target audience, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Oversee the management and optimisation of social media accounts across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices, staying updated with industry advancements and incorporating them into the social media strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and PR, to ensure seamless integration of social media initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, leveraging targeting and analytics tools to optimise performance and drive results.
- Monitor and analyse key social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms and technologies, evaluating their potential impact and recommending innovative strategies to capitalise on new opportunities.
- Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates, leveraging their reach to amplify the brand message and engage with the target audience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and stay ahead of market trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines related to social media marketing and advertising.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in managing social media strategies and campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, with an eye for emerging trends and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and engagement, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive social media content.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance and extract actionable insights.
