We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in Hong Kong. You will play a vital role in shaping the online presence of our brands and their reputation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing our e-commerce websites (including on-site SEO).
• Listing our products on various marketplace platforms. 
• Publication of articles about our brands by 3rd parties.
• Scheduling social media posts for our brands. 
• Launching META ad campaigns.
• Managing part-time freelancers handling various tasks regarding our ecommerce businesses (customer enquiries, order fulfillment, stock update e.g.).

We are looking for someone who:

We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of product design and sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Working closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance the online visibility of our brands.
• Oversee content creation and management, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as digital agencies and technology providers, to support e-commerce initiatives.
• Respond to and manage customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of creating captivating digital content that elevates our brands' online presence and enhances the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and manage external creatives, including copywriters, videographers, and photographers, to produce high-quality, visually stunning content.
• Design a diverse range of marketing materials, from eye-catching product photography and lifestyle imagery to engaging videos, brochures, and detailed product descriptions.
• Be involved in every step of the branding journey, from crafting mood boards to bringing websites and digital experiences to life with your design expertise.
