What you’ll be doing?

Be assigned to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, maintenance, and support

Learns the knowledge of Compute infra revamped by AI technologies
Provides professional services on planning and design of solutions, deployment, and integration services to fulfill customer's Requirements
Be responsible for proposal writing, solution presentation, and preparing project documentation
Who are we looking for?
Diploma or Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
Attains At least FIVE YEARS of technical experience and solid skillset in compute infra or Cloud platform such as SAN storage, backup/recovery, and DR solutions
With SAN Storage, VMware, and HCI Solution certification are advantageous
Be capable of effective communication with different customers
Be Willing to learn and be aggressive
Can work independently
Be self-motivated with clear company and self objectives
LOVE IT

Responsibilities
Develop IT policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices, relevant technologies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
Act as the point of contact for IT Regulatory Affairs and Client Due Diligence Questionnaires.
Review and revamp existing IT policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards. Lead SOC 2 and ISO accreditations, obtaining and maintaining various IT and security compliance certifications.
Evaluate and manage capabilities that enable the organization to reliably achieve its objectives, address uncertainty, and act with integrity, making the organization more responsive and efficient overall.
Manage audit findings remediation to mitigate risks.
Coordinate external assessment requests related to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary responsible party to drive and ensure policy compliance.

Identify and address information security risks and requirements to protect the organization from adversity, surprises, and weaknesses.

2 to 5 years of work experience in at least one of the following areas such as IIT Audit & Risk Assurance, IT Risk & Control, IT Governance & Compliance

Responsible for monitoring the digital asset custody technology stack to ensure the stack is operational 24x7, stable and has sufficient capacity. Provide timely root cause analysis of platform and application incidents, involving the key resources as needed, so we can quickly restore normal operation.
Building out automated solutions for complex operational problems using industry best practice and cloud native technologies. Actively seek out innovative solutions towards operational excellence and coordinate proactively with development, operations, and the wider platform team to improve system availability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
Ensure continuous, scalable and robust operation of our production environments.
Collaborate closely with the development teams in a fast-paced delivery environment to foster the SRE mindset as part of the software development process.
Codify and rollout shared tooling and process/service to enable development teams continuously deliver new features while improving non-functional requirements such as system availability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Working with development and DevOps to ensure the appropriate level of component redundancy and infrastructure capacity is in place.
Proactively analyse events and provide ongoing recommendations to incorporate process improvements to prevent service impacting incidents.
Manage Level 1 through to Level 3 production support.
2+ years in SRE or Production Support within experience in the financial industry, or managing business critical systems requiring 99.9% uptime.
Proven background in hands-on production / application support.
Expert proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, Monitoring and Instrumentation tools.
Comfortable working with developer tools such as GIT, JIRA and Notion.
Familiar with Node JS, MariaDB/MySQL and managing automated build/deployment pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Ansible).
Familiar with Kubernetes clusters
Strong problem-solving skills and be a confident communicator.
Ability to work independently and comfortable to tight schedules.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subjects.
Excellent communication skills in English.

We are seeking an ambitious self starter to lead Internal Audit (“IA”) for the Hex Trust Group. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be working closely with senior leadership across the organization to help ensure proper governance and controls are followed and provide independent assessment on and compliance with corporate governance standards to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
Lead Internal Audit to ensure proper governance is maintained across the organisation;
Develop the internal audit plan and undertake internal audits as required to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives;
Report on control deficiencies to management and the Audit and Compliance Committee and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value;
Challenge current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement;
Engage remediation of identified issues through follow-up
Play an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
Support selection and management of external vendors
Play an active role in advising the organisation on governance and internal audit matters
3-5 years’ practical experience in internal audit and / or external audit on companies / financial institutions, with experience in international accounting firms a plus;
Undergraduate degree in a business-related field and relevant qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
Self-starter with ability to independently run assignments involving stakeholders at various levels across the business
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Strong ethical standards and high levels of personal integrity;
Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal;
Experience in or passion for Crypto industry or Digital Asset is desirable

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Day to day management of cross channel digital campaigns across Search, Social and Display, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence
Involvement in day-to-day client communications
Work closely with 3rd party vendors and publishers to develop and maintain strong relationships
Take ownership of campaign tracking, execution, campaign optimization and reporting with minimal supervision
Involvement in cross channel budget planning and strategies for clients across different industries to deliver against client objectives and KPIs
Propose and perform A/B testing with regular optimizations
Work closely with cross market teams to ensure regional excellence
Develop a strong knowledge of client, product, and channel knowledge
Making sure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget as regular checks will be carried out for performance against client ROI targets
Identifying openings in the marketplace in terms of business development
Providing feedback and recommendations to clients
