About the Role

As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist at Looking Glass, you will be a critical part of our Customer Experience & Product teams, providing exceptional daily & technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues - from the most basic to complex issues, routing tickets to the right teams, resolving incidents directly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position is full-time and will be based in Hong Kong. This role will sit between our Customer Experience and Product team.

When customers experience a challenge, they’ll come to us expecting us to make it right. That’s where you come in. When our customers encounter difficulties, whether it’s a missing shipment or a question about how to use their Looking Glass, you’ll help them get back on track. You’ll ask great questions, notice emerging patterns, write excellent bug reports, and figure out how to describe complicated things in really simple steps. While they may start frustrated or confused, you’ll leave our customers warmly supported and glowing with delight.

Here's what you'll be doing

• Taking care of our customers. You’re going to teach people about Looking Glass and you’ll answer questions and resolve challenges related to the most simple - shipments, returns - to the more complex - how do I even use the Looking Glass? You’ll pride yourself on your empathy, patience, and creative problem-solving skills. Our customers will rave to their friends about the outstanding customer service you provide. You’ll start by communicating with customers through email via our help desk, Discord and in some very exceptional situations may expand to a Zoom call to troubleshoot something quick. We’ll give you access to a huge knowledge base of answers and ideas, and you’ll draw on that resource and your own fantastic people-skills to provide a great response to each customer who reaches out. You’ll also help to build out our knowledge base with the acumen of using AI to help you work smarter 
• Learning. You’ll learn about our company, our product, and our customers. You’ll learn and use a number of tools, too, including HelpScout, Notion, and Discord. 
• Noticing what we can do better. In between customer interactions, you’ll notice patterns across our customer service team and come up with ideas about what we can do to improve.

Main responsibilities

• General & technical support: 
• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels (email, live chat)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to installation, configuration, and usage of our products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, and write accurate bug reports to our software and product teams.
• Incident Management: 
• Manage and prioritize incident tickets according to severity and impact
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams as needed
• Document incident resolution processes and add necessary tickets to knowledge base articles

You need these qualifications

• You are located in Hong Kong.
• You care about people, and you love finding solutions to customer challenges.
• You have a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• You’re excellent at written communication and have provided support by email, chat or community forum with a proven track record to go with that.
• You have 2+ years of experience providing customer service in writing or over the phone.
• You have experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk or HelpScout or similar for customer correspondence.
• You’re adept at asking good questions to clearly understand customer needs and narrow down possible solutions.
• You are comfortable using a computer and are experienced with a variety of software applications. You’re comfortable with email, documents, and spreadsheets and have used a ticketing system like HelpScout. You may be a savvy user of ecommerce, financial, shipping or warranty systems.

About the Role

The Junior Business Analyst is mainly responsible for supporting the F&B team to provide accurate reporting to support decision-making within the business. Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends. Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for management. Providing ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions, as well as assisting with financial planning and forecasting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis on financial statements, budgets, and KPIs
• Variance Analysis: Analyse variances between actual and planned figures
• Month end and weekly reporting packs
• Consolidation of monthly sales forecasts
• Working closely with executive teams to share reports and analysis findings

As a Technical Product Manager at Kody, you’ll be responsible for shaping, executing, and refining our product vision in detail across various product streams in the payments, finance, and loyalty ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will work closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure that every facet of the product delivers maximum value to our customers.

This role demands a proactive, details-orientated technically-minded product leader who thrives in the minutiae and is eager to dig into each detail. You’ll champion the product from ideation to release, wearing both a technical and commercial hat, making strategic decisions to push Kody’s product suite forward.

The ideal candidate will thrive working in a chaotic and complex environment and will not rely on internal documentation, most of which is out of date before it's finished being written.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role where you spend time paper-pushing or writing endless specifications. Kody management assesses all product work-streams daily. This is a role for folk who thrive making multiple decisions per day independently and making meaningful progress on a daily basis. If you're the kind of person who assesses progress on a weekly basis, this is the wrong role for you.

Success will be measured on your ability to own every detail of a product, including why we're doing it, why it's prioritised as it is and its specification, and keeping all stakeholders engaged with your plan. This is a senior role with real responsibility.

About the team

You'll be teaming up closely with our CIO, Head of Product Design and CTO, who are all busy shaping our product work streams. Get ready to jump into an exciting agile setup, where you'll play a vital role in everything Kody, from payments and banking to loyalty, onboarding and retention.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Lead a comprehensive product stream, taking ownership of every product detail within that stream. From conception through execution, you’ll handle multiple products within a stream, ensuring each aligns with our business goals and meets customer needs.
• Technical Expertise: Partner closely with engineering; having coded or worked directly with code before, you’ll act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, providing clarity on requirements and ensuring feasible and valuable product outcomes.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage actively with customers (SMEs and enterprise) to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into impactful product improvements and ensuring a user-focused experience. This means regularly visiting, speaking with, and developing relationships with customers.
• Communication & Commercial Insight: Collaborate with stakeholders across Kody to align product decisions with commercial goals, ensuring a seamless connection between product design, development, and sales.
• Launch Management: Spearhead product rollouts with a hands-on approach, including detailed coordination of launch activities, documentation, training materials, and post-launch analysis.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics to guide decisions, track performance, and continuously improve our product offerings, focusing on enterprise-grade results and responsiveness.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, spanning BOTH engineering and product management.
• Experience working in engineering. You should have worked as an engineer before, have an engineering background, or experience tinkering with code.
• A drive to be on top of every tiniest detail, whilst simultaneously knowing which can wait for the next release.
• Experience in B2B/B2B2C environments.
• Experience in payments, FinTech or loyalty.
• Strong experience working with SME and/or Enterprise customers, managing relationships, etc.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission:
Drive informed decision making within the COO’s organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.

Outcomes: 

1/ Data reliability 
Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.

2/ Dashboard creation and management 
- Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise
- Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards
- Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created
- Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards
- Dashboard usage is to be reviewed every quarter those with low utilization are to be archived

3/ Documentation 
Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels.  Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.

4/ Data quality recommendations
Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that Big Query is maintained as best as possible.

5/ Collaborate with other Data Analysts 
Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst.
