What you need to do
- Collaborate with the Transformation team to maintain and ensure the smooth operation of deployed RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflow.
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting software robots to identify and resolve any issues or exceptions.
- Support the testing and debugging of software robots to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the RPA environment.
- Current degree student in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Strong interest in automation technologies. Previous knowledge or experience with RPA is not a must, but a self-learner who is eager to develop skills in this area is preferred.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with any programming language (e.g., Python, C#) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
