Job Description Be part of a small team with a large amount of ownership and responsibility to initiate, lead, and sharp partnership and business development initiatives. Ensure partnership projects are executed to achieve business targets in a high-quality and timely manner. Work closely with Partnership Managers to ensure partnership projects are executed smoothly and accurately. Support on agreements, team operations, and marketing materials to ensure partnership programs are executed seamlessly. Skills & Requirements Related experience in administrative support, business development, or operations in the technology, banking, or finance industry. Good mathematical literacy to comprehend financial data and construct basic financial models to support business cases. Excellent communication skills for dealing with bureaucratic complications and nuanced people dynamics. Attention to details and high sensitivity in legal documents, marketing materials, such as wordings, design layout, and copywriting. Passion to take up a steep learning curve and work in the business of virtual banking, virtual insurance, and FinTech in general. A wealth of common sense and business acumen.
