About the Role
We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join Pici Wan Chai, the flagship outlet of Hong Kong’s neighbourhood pasta bar.
As a Supervisor, you will supervise employees during your shift and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. You will act as a reference point for employees and customers, and be ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure all company standards are met during service
Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
Leading fellow floor staff under the direction of management
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility within your role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
Experience working in hospitality is beneficial

We’re now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join Honjo, our dreamy home for contemporary Japanese dining in Sheung Wan.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of running a top quality, high volume venue. You will ensure that the team is well trained, motivated, and consistently delivers a friendly, approachable, caring and informed service experience to our guests. You will be identifiable as a manager whilst on the floor, greeting guests and dealing with any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, will have at least one year's experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant, and be a hands-on, floor-based manager who enjoys being guest-facing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
Provide support to the Restaurant Manager in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements
Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Gather guests’ feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee one of three areas of responsibilities: Training, Onboarding or Cost of Goods. When you achieve the agreed goals for one of these three areas, you can earn an additional bonus of HKD2,000 per month.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
Working closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
