Overall Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
To act as a first point of contact for all Human Resources enquires.
To be a systems administrator for the HR database. To be able to handle all access, password, and basic user training.

To be responsible for ensuring all documents on the HR System, and Personnel files are filed promptly and accurately indexed for electronic referencing.

About the Role
We're now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join The Pizza Project Wan Chai, the friendly outpost of our pizza restaurant for the people on Star Street.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running a top-quality, high-volume venue. You will ensure that the team is well-trained and motivated and consistently delivers our guests a friendly, approachable, caring and informed service experience. You will be identifiable as a manager whilst on the floor, greeting guests and dealing with any issues.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has at least one year's experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant, and is a hands-on, floor-based manager who enjoys being guest-facing.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain the brand image.
Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant.
Control stocks for daily use in restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant.
Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices
Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating various activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements.
Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Gather guests' feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints
3+ years experience in hospitality industry
Strong management skill with a positive mindset and friendly image
Understanding in MS Office
A team player who is reliable and dependable
Enthusiastic when serving guests
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Self-organised and details-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Good business sense and operational, administrative and social skills
Passion, determination and commitment for success in the F&B industry

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Create New Opportunities:
Support Business growth and efficiency
Delivering client billing and resource in line with targets
Lead multi-channel strategy and planning, and work alongside channel teams to implement it
Drive proposals and support in winning new business
Retain & Build Lasting Relationships:
Act as a senior client contact and point of escalation. Working to maintain & strengthen excellent client relationships at all levels
Lead the strategic dialogue with your client, connecting with planners and the activation team to deliver both effective results and innovative solutions
Ensure excellent delivery of all cross-channel work in a timely manner
Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
Ensure Client contractual obligations, service levels and performance are maintained
Work with the APAC Managing Director and Channel Heads to ensure optimal resource across Clients
Manage the client P&L for the Hong Kong office, with support from the APAC Managing Director
Grow Your Clients Business & Ours:
Recognise opportunities to advance our client engagements and work alongside the Account Managers, Market Directors and Channel Heads to maximise these
Act as partner for the client, and strive for new and innovative opportunities to drive the client’s business
Grow Your Team & Collaborate with wider teams across APAC:
Develop and grow our local team
Support the development of the team below and around you, providing mentorship, coaching and direction to the office
Grow each team and their capacity, and improve working methods to increase efficiency
Be part of the wider community and collaborate with other functions and offices on various projects
8 + years in both digital & offline marketing across multiple channels (Paid Search, Social Media, Display/Programmatic, branding)
Solid agency experience
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strong experience in managing teams and development of staff
Confident client facing ability
Excel at building relationships, both internally and with clients themselves
Experience managing retail and/or travel clients
Strong numerical skills and commercially aware
Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently
Fluent English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is also preferred
