Attend and support internal events and be a representative of your location.
Create and execute events relating to the communities interests, with support from the senior and events team.
Escalate leads for collaboration and partnerships for events to the Manager.
Support your team on social media pages (IG stories, Facebook posts, etc.) and create engaging content.
Assist with capturing up-to-date imagery showcasing the office spaces, events and community for social media.
Responsible for keeping calendars and notice boards updated.

About this job:
The Sales Manager for GfK will provide global leading information services and products to our clients, mostly in the technology & durable consumer goods industry. Client Relationship Management

Here is what we are looking for additionally:
Bachelor's or above degree
Strong business understanding in technology & durable consumer goods markets and related retail landscape
Ideally at least 5+ years of experience in consulting, market research, or business development.
Prior working experiences with IT, Telecom, and Home Appliances accounts, knowledge of research techniques, strong analytical skills and business commercial acumen would be an added advantage
Good English language skills

About the Role

Conduct in-depth fund style and scenario analysis on funds on AIAHK’s ILAS platform to enhance the performance of model portfolios.
Ad hoc Quantitative Analysis
Provide ad hoc quantitative analysis on investment fund markets.
Communicate the findings to fellow colleagues of the Product & Business Development team.
Stakeholder Management
Establish good rapport with stakeholders within AIA Group, including AIAHK (e.g. investment, ILP & MPF teams), Group Investment (e.g. GIMO) and AIAIM in Singapore.
Provide investment & fund related supports to the MPF and ILAS teams of AIAHK.
Minimum Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in quantitative finance or portfolio/fund analysis in fund houses, investment banks or financial institutions.
Postgraduate qualification in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, actuarial science, or quantitative-related subjects.
Well-verse in Visual Basic, Bloomberg and Morningstar system.
Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM or CIPM).
In-depth understanding of quantitative dynamics of major asset classes, including equities, bonds and currencies.
Ability to quantitatively translate investment product ideas into model portfolios and perform portfolio simulation.
Knowledge of retail financial markets and wealth management products.
Strong presentation and report-writing skills.

SUMMARY
Health and benefits consultants work with a wide range of companies to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees. H&B consultants advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans. With a few years of experience, an Assistant Account Manager is still growing as an individual contributor, but can tackle problems and get the job done, sometimes with guidance from senior team members.
POSITION SCOPE
We will count on you to:
Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects. Strong focus on analysis of results and managing portions of projects; reviews the work of other analysts.
Support analysis and review including underwriting and data analytics, while partnership with actuaries to support funding analysis.
Contribute as a member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy, interpret and present benchmark data to client and ensure plan and program changes are properly implemented embody client’s strategy.
Assist with the preparation, completion of peer review process and delivery of clear and concise client-friendly communications.
Work directly with the clients and manage the request for proposal (RFP) process with the health insurance carriers and internal peers.
Gather utilization or rate data from the vendors and interpret the meaning of the data and summarize the responses from the RFP in Excel or PowerPoint format for presentation to the client.
Develop cost projections and evaluation of vendor renewal workups. Results are used as part of client meetings.
Peer review the information, analyze and interpret the results, edit and finalize the executive summary report and send this report to the client.
Establish necessary carrier/ vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to serve clients in handling all administration (eligibility, claims, billing, plan implementation, contracts, plan changes and necessary amendments).
Demonstrate project management and consulting skills such as managing the quality and timeliness of client deliverables. Help develop budget and billing reports, participate in calls and meetings as appropriate and assist with the preparation and delivery of clear and concise communications. Resolve most claim issues but can escalate more complex issues to senior consultants as needed.
Gather design data from the client and current vendors needed for analyzing the impact of a client's consolidation and/ or marketing of its healthcare plans. This typically involves organizing plan design details and costs in Excel for further analysis by the team. Responsibilities also include checking data for reasonableness and follow-up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate data.
Learn the basics of products, services and tools. Gain an understanding of vendor/ carrier markets, basic underwriting and financial skills, products, services and technical tools and intranet resources and participate in training courses, online learning, or through learning from more experienced colleagues.
What you need to have:
University degree or diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
At least 3 years' experience in account and project management, ideally on employees’ benefits program. Knowledge of group medical and life insurance products is preferred.
Strong numeric and analytical background. Commercially astute and strong business sense.
A track record in client and vendor management.
Self-initiative and curiosity in health and benefits sector. Self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team.
Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with team members.
Project management skills, in planning ahead the different milestones to achieve and execute in a timely manner with strong commitment on quality.
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
Strong language capabilities in English and Cantonese.
Open to fresh graduates. Applicants with less experience will be considered for the Account Manager role within the team.

Provide real-time investment compliance advice on trading related matters e.g. ECM activities to front office and other business functions.
Expert Network Calls Approval and Chaperone.
Review of pre-trade controls exceptions and liaise with business functions to implement appropriate controls when required.
Post-Trade Compliance –
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the firm’s compliance with trade reporting requirements in Asia e.g. Review daily positions/trades and submit necessary disclosures to issuers and/or regulators in accordance with substantial shareholding and short position reporting requirements.
Surveillance – These include Personal Account Dealing monitoring, Market Abuse and Best execution monitoring.
Maintenance of the Firm’s Restricted List.
Advise front office and senior management on trading related market regulations in major markets within Asia from compliance perspective.
Advise business functions on trading compliance related policies and controls, including handling of MNPI, market sounding/wall crossing and conflict issues.
Handle requests and collate responses to various exchanges or regulators.
Tracking of regulatory changes. This include assessment of regulatory and compliance risks inherent in the business activities and initiating, coordinating and delivering process enhancements where required.
Compliance Trainings – Design and deliver training on regulatory, compliance policies and procedures to employees.
Project Implementation – Assist in ad-hoc compliance related tasks and projects.
7-10 years relevant experience, preferably in an equity trading hedge fund or asset manager, major regulator, broker and/or compliance consultant.
Very good working knowledge of the market regulations for trading related activities in Asia. Knowledge of market regulations in other jurisdictions would be advantageous.
Prior experience in compliance advisory including investment compliance monitoring and post-trade surveillance.
Depth of experience to manage a challenging workload and tight deadlines.
A strong understanding of products across different asset classes, particularly equities, fixed income and their derivatives.
