About the Role
We are now looking for an experinced Reception Manager to join Sha Tin, the destination for hand-rolled pasta made fresh daily in New Town Plaza.
As the Reception Manager, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for all aspects of running the reception, specifically greeting and seating guests and managing table turnaround times.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the door, controlling the flow of guests
- Manage table turn times and seating plan
- Assist in managing the floor during service in the Restaurant Manager's absence
- Answering calls for booking and event enquiries
- Opening and closing duties
- 3+ years experience as a Receptionist or Host in a highly regarded restaurant
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
