- Handle and process loan transactions and reconciliation, maintain loan repayment data in systems in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures
- Prepare regular operation reports for statistical and accounting purpose
- Support maintenance of Credit Bureau Agency Update Requests and handle relevant inquiries
- Participate in business projects and system enhancement tasks as assigned and assist in conducting UAT tests
- Assist in due diligence processes and annual review from external parties
- Perform loan document maintenance in accordance with the Group data retention policy and maintain filing system
- Perform data cleaning on current data management system to meet reporting requirements and data request for business initiatives
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Finance / Decision Analytics / Risk Management / Statistics discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- At least 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL, Tableau reporting is an advantage
- Good numerical skill, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
