Job Responsibilities: Responsible for regular procurement of medical supplies for beauty centre Assist daily operations of inventory management, stock replenishment including ordering, stock allocation & logistics arrangements, and record keeping Liaison with internal and external parties for procurement, and replenishment Keep track of quantity and quality of ordering, delivery dates and price Prepare reports & analysis on inventory & cost calculations Perform ad hoc projects as required
Requirements: Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines 1 year administrative experience, preferably in retail / beauty / pharmaceutical industry Experience in handling medical supplies is an advantage Flexible, good interpersonal skill and adaptable to fast pace environment Proficient in MS office applications is a must
