To maintain quality customer relationship to achieve client’s satisfaction in a professional manner.  Requirements: Tertiary education or above; Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in customer service or relevant working experience is preferred; Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work as a team player.; Proficiency in MS Office; 5-day work week, shift duties required with shift allowance and overtime pay; Fresh graduate will be considered as Trainee.
