Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, configure and administrate servers, storage, and backup.
• Assist datacenter operation(hardware move in/out, arrange hardware replacement with supported vendors)
• Perform Unix, Linux server upgrade, patching and administration
• Evaluate and implement automation to improve the patching, capacity monitoring,  configuration management and data backup/recovery management

Responsibilities:

• Manage/ Lead treasury, trading and financial / regulatory reporting projects to sustain continuous business growth, new financial products of the Bank
• Identifies and handles project and program dependencies. Lead projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring project charters, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans are prioritized and documented and that risk management processes are in place
• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including both business, technology and vendor to support both business and system related project implementation.
• Assist in leading/ driving discussion with project members to resolve any implementation issues from both business and technical area, and drive execution according to the project plan.
• Formulate the overall project plan and schedule to report/ track all the progress.
• Lead all the project committee and steering committee to articulate any issues or potential problems for resolution, including presentation on to C level management.
• Comply with the adoption of the Bank’s best practices on Project Management,     Testing Portfolio Management methodology, Project Financial Management and etc. across the project life cycle.

A) Knowledge, Skill & Attributes

• Abundant Project Management in Financial industry is necessary

• In depth knowledge of financial products, pre-trade and post-trade activities.

• Experience of a variety of banking products, finance/accounting (e.g. GL), best practices and technology, experience on internet banking implementation or operations / remittance is highly advantageous.
• Understanding treasury management and behavior of related system, e.g. Murex, Summit
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

B) Academic and Professional Qualification

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a first-class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are responded to and problems are addressed in a timely, efficient and professional manner;
• Be responsible for actively monitoring ticket queue and all assigned tickets, ensure accurate logging, categorization, prioritization, initial diagnosis, routing, functional escalation, and data integrity of all applicable incidents and requests in ticketing tools;

Our client is a large Investment Bank is looking to hire  IT Helpdesk.

Responsibilities 

• Work in Large scale environment with 5 days’ work.
• Provide day to day monitoring, support, and administration to in-house users.
• Provide technical support service to all departments.
• Assist users for software or hardware troubleshooting and problems solving.
• Incident management.
• Report operation risk to Team Lead.
• Maintain and update knowledge base including but not limited to technical documents and procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, provide root cause analysis of each incident.
• Utilize latest technology facilities available to optimize and improve existing operation procedures continuously.
• Ensure all the desktop computer systems are working properly.
• Online response user questions and assign the Tickets 

• Proven work experience as Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar experience
• 3 years hands-on experience with Windows/Mac environments
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
• Knowledge of network security practices, Email system, VPN, Bloomberg/Wind etc.
• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• 1 Years’ relevant support experience in Financial industry is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English is a plus
