This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in designing and implementing efficient HR processes that support our diverse workforce across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong background in regional HR operations, with a deep understanding of varying employment laws and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with a preference for candidates who have overseen implementations or upgrades.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Developing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns to meet our clients' business goals
• Analysing account performance and providing the proactive improvement strategy
• Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor and environment feedback
• Work closely with our extensive teams in APAC/EU as well as the account team at the HK office to ensure the quality of service across clients

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing activation experience, preferably in a digital agency, with at least 4 years in people-management role
• Understand all digital channels dynamics with brand / performance marketing experience
• Digital media planning / strategy experience (including PPC, Display and Social) in particular e-Commerce business
• Knowledge in consumer behavior and ability to connect insights with media activation
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Hands on knowledge in Google's Product Suite (Google Ads - Search, Display & Video, CM360, SA360, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to perform and work in a highly dynamic and rapid changing environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with internal team and external client
• Ability to articulate yourself concisely, both verbally and with the written work
