The position reports to the Head of HK and SEA Intermediary Sales, and forms part of the team focusing on generating business from retail distribution channels through Hong Kong. This includes banks, insurance firms, family offices, security houses as well as digital platforms

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Continue to build Invesco’s relationships with key stakeholders of intermediaries to expand the book of business

About the Role

The Community Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience to hundreds of members and visitors. You'll provide exceptional support to the organization by operating the facility and managing communication with stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and visitors.
• Handle member’s daily requests and all incoming enquiries.

• Achieve occupancy goals through membership retention and closing new sales.
• Conduct informative tours to potential members and partners.
• Plan and execute engaging community events by coordinating with internal teams and external collaborators on a regular basis.

About the Role

As a Senior System Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering modern datacenter services and solutions, able to coordinate turnkey and largescale projects including internal technical resource and external partners to complete project statement of work and milestone within budget and timeline with customer's satisfaction.
