- Introduce company's products to new and existing customers by phone
- Answer customer inquiries, including loan application, cases follow-up
- Provide customers with the latest loan offers and market information
- Refer further procedure for customers on their application to Call Centre Executive

- HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 2
- 1 years of call centre / customer service / Sales experience in retail industry is preferred
- Fresh grad also welcomed to apply
- Out-going, proactive with good problem solving and customer service skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
- 中五程度或以上，或與2級資歷架構級別同等證書資格
- 有一年以上的電話銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗為佳
- 應屆畢業生／轉行人士／可即時上班者亦可
- 性格外向，對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感
- 具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳
