What will you do?

Fulfill orders with precision: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring they are packaged securely to prevent damage.

Inventory management: Conduct regular stock counts, maintain accurate inventory records, receive and inspect incoming stock, and assist with stock replenishment.

Coordinate with logistics: Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely order delivery and prepare necessary shipping documents.

Contribute to operational efficiency: Assist with the uploading of new products, gift wrapping, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Provide excellent customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Hard skills

• Order Processing and packing (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, email).
• Inventory management (preferred, but not required).
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures (preferred, but not required).

Soft skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Prior experience in an e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus.

Language

• Fluent Cantonese
• Moderate Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
