• Handle and process loan transactions and reconciliation, maintain loan repayment data in systems in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures
• Prepare regular operation reports for statistical and accounting purpose
• Support maintenance of Credit Bureau Agency Update Requests and handle relevant inquiries
• Participate in business projects and system enhancement tasks as assigned and assist in conducting UAT tests
• Assist in due diligence processes and annual review from external parties
• Perform loan document maintenance in accordance with the Group data retention policy and maintain filing system
• Perform data cleaning on current data management system to meet reporting requirements and data request for business initiatives

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Finance / Decision Analytics / Risk Management / Statistics discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• At least 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL, Tableau reporting is an advantage
