We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of Product Design and Sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identify potential manufacturers in Europe and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Be in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to William Wolfram.
This is the ideal career path for someone wishing to rapidly learn how to manage, start and operate businesses.

William is the majority owner and Chairman of Trifecta Retail Ventures, (Galton Voysey, fail ventures, etc.) and as EA you will gain valuable exposure to several different businesses across different geographies. You will get valuable exposure to accounting, finance, business strategy, legal, recruiting, managing budgets, marketing, sourcing, product design, software development, tax compliance, venture capital, valuations, new ventures, ideation, risk management, M&A and more.

The ideal candidate will work as EA for 2-3 years before being promoted to a broader role. 2 previous EA's of William have gone on to become CEOs and co-founders of 8-figure (USD) tech businesses.

The job requires an enormous amount of work and initiative. The ability to learn quickly and act independently with good judgement. Occasional long distance travel to factories, other international offices, partners and potential acquisition targets.

The starting monthly salary is 60,000 HKD with full health insurance coverage, all the latest equipment you will need (including Apple Vision Pro when it comes out). It's a 5 day work week, but expect during the busiest weeks of the year to put in 70 hours a week as needed including travel. The ideal candidate will be able to more than double their compensation in the first 7 years.

We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our agile and dynamic team based Hong Kong. This regional role will manage a wide spectrum of virtual events (e.g. Awards, conferences, trainings, bespoke events etc.) hosted by our company’s leading B2B titles, namely Risk.net, FX Markets and WatersTechnology, across Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to Event Operations Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Services teams, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, professional manner and deliver events within budget and tight timeline. You will handle multiple events concurrently and demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

This role provides excellent exposure in client servicing as you will liaise with sponsors and vendors closely with your strong negotiation skills. You must be passionate about identifying new solutions for better event experiences.

Responsibilities

Event Execution: In-Person and Virtual

• Conduct vendor research and get quotations
• Map out project timelines and set clear deadlines
• Gather marketing collateral to develop content on virtual event platforms and distribution at in-person events
• Liaise with the AV vendor on the event logistics
• Provide technical support prior to event and on the day
• Prepare post-event report and data analysis
• Manage individual project P&Ls and keep track of all expenses

External Client Liaison

• Guide sponsors through the virtual event process and offer practical advice
• Coordinate video content creation between sponsors and video editors

Strategic Support

• Research the latest event technology in the market and share new platform alternatives that suit the business needs

• 1-2 working experience preferably in event / project management
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
