Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure blockchain solutions using Java and Solidity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for blockchain applications. Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and stability of blockchain systems. Optimize and enhance existing blockchain solutions to improve performance and scalability. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in the financial technology or blockchain industry. Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python, C++, or Go. Understanding blockchain privacy protection such as homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs is nice to have. Understanding of Hyperledger Besu is nice to have.   Understanding of agile development methodologies. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects, research papers, or patents. What we look for

Required

• Solid experience in managing and promote Enterprise Solutions such as BMS, Surveillance system, Access Control , IOT , Digitalization
• Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
• Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
• Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent writing skill and submit report or document timely
• Able to handle and solve problems independently.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Engineer

• Experience in building solution / Cloud service solution related industry would be an advantage
