Responsibilities: Support end users on complex technical and functional application issues including FO, MO, BO, Product Controls, and Risk Respond to end users within the timeframe dictated by the severity of the problem, document, and track (case histories, issues, and action steps) Assist in project management of application development projects according to project management processes Perform health checks and maintain the system stability and availability for local and regional markets Requirements: Degree in information systems, computing studies, IT, or any other related field.
