The IAM Production team is currently looking for a Project Manager to work on IAM Program activities requiring advanced functional and technical knowledge.
Direct Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Central IT Risks, Cyber Security team, COO in Regions in order to define design & deploy a standard approach for different Identity & Access Management themes (Business Roles, Toxic Combinations, Auto-Reconciliation/Auto-Provisioning, Data Storage Access program, etc.)
2. Define IAM solutions and supervise their deployment across Entities in the region
3. Follow-up and prepare operational reviews
4. Together with the IAM Program Director and the Global PM, appoint local IAM coordinators and monitor their activities.
5. Establish and lead a proper governance to monitor operational activities in the region
Contributing Responsibilities:
6. Contribute to the global IAM framework, ensuring a one team model between all locations
7. Contribute to IAM related projects for APAC CTO
Technical
- Knowledge in IAM products (SailPoint)
- Knowledge in IAM processes (Provisioning, Reconciliation, Recertification)
- Project Management experience
- People management experience
- Experience working in a global team at an international scale, with an onshore/offshore model
- General Banking Knowledge
- Functional as well as technical knowledge of the applications used
