- Formulate and execute content plan to promote different brands and products
- Write compelling and engaging content across various channels, including website, app, eDM, WhatsApp, SMS, and advertisements
- Collaborate with the design team to develop video content
- Coordinate and implement promotional material at branch
- Support and handle PR or media material to deliver brand message or campaign promotion
- Monitor and analyze data and insights on content performance
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior
- Degree holder in communications, public relations, journalism, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' working experience in SEO deliverables, writing and editing
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Self-motivated, responsible, creative, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Content Marketing Manager
