Responsibilities: Responsible for regional financial reporting by reviewing monthly financial packages and quarterly consolidation Review regulatory filings to SFC and MAS for licensed corporations in Hong Kong and Singapore Work closely with local service providers to meet country-specific tax and company secretarial filing requirements Coordinate with auditors in Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC, Thailand and India on preparation of financial statements Approve claims and expenses according to group’s policy, and prepare monthly reports for management’s review Assist in preparing budget, re-forecast and ad hoc projects e.g. dividend distribution, liquidation, contract negotiation Experience Required: Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree Over 6-8 years relevant experience Good command of English is required, Cantonese and Mandarin are plus Please Apply Now or send your CV to [email protected] if you are interested to proceed further.
