Responsibilities: Review investigation reports on market conduct and recommend disciplinary actions Promote a culture of good conduct and customer protection, implementing group standards Prepare meeting materials and analyze data for the Intermediary Management Committee Provide practical advice on distribution-related business practices Conduct compliance monitoring and quality assurance reviews to identify risks and propose actions Review, update, and formulate compliance policies and procedures Prepare compliance training materials and reports for regulators and management Handle inquiries from regulators, auditors, and law enforcement agencies Participate in intermediary conduct and regulatory projects, providing advisory support Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution compliance, financial crime compliance, or complaint handling Strong knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and relationships with teams Independent thinker with critical mindset Confidence and maturity in dealing with agency leaders, management, and regulators
