Our client is a well-known regional bank which provides expertise in corporate finance, retail banking, investment banking, etc. The business is now looking for an experienced remittance operations who has practical experiences in payment system enhancement to join their team. Job Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee remittance processing, investigation, account maintenance, settlement of cheque, FPS, Autopay, etc. - Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with IT and headquarters to develop and enhance payment systems and services. - Contribute to strategic planning, continuous operational optimization, and gather user requirements for system development. To succeed in this remittance operations and project management role, you should have at least 6 years corporate banking experience in remittance/payment operations and have exposure to be business analyst or project manager in payment system projects. Other requirements - Bachelor's degree with a preferable on Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other related professional qualifications. - At least 6 years' remittance/payment operations experience from corporate banking. - Payment system project management experience is crucial, and able to work across teams with good communication skills. - Good command of English and Cantonese.
