Responsibilities Provide a “Wealth Management” solutions / advice to High Net Worth Individual Find, Attract and Win new clients Nurture and Retain existing clients and entice former clients back into the Bank Continuously develop relationships with a portfolio of clients Provide a “Single Point of entry” into the Bank with an efficient access to a network of specialists Act as a Personal Wealth Manager; draw up a comprehensive asset strategy which reflects the dynamic between personal and business assets Maximize client assets and revenues from its AUM (Asset Under Management) Establish new private banking relationships and manage existing relationships in order to grow portfolio Assets Under Management and Revenue Work closely with internal credit advisors to provide bespoke lending solutions and grow lending balances Requirements 5+ years of relationship management experience, ideally in private banking, commercial banking or investment banking sectors Proven track record in client acquisition, asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and solve problems Excellent understanding of financial markets and wealth management products Strong focus on client servicing Speaks fluent English. Mandarin and Cantonese skills would be beneficial depending on job market
