Job Description Responsibilities: Work closely with branch sales management and sales staff on their wealth business planning to achieve business goals. Conduct pre-case study and engage in joint servicing / sales calls proactively with sales staff to serve the financial needs of customers Keep abreast of market changes and provide timely market & product update to both sales staff and customer. Provide technical and skill coaching to sales staff within designated area/branch to uplift the professionalism and selling skills of sales staff Review and feedback on the enhancement of insurance selling procedures / guidelines / systems accordance to regulatory requirement. Work in collaboration with QA Team and Area Managers to support and contribute to sales & service quality improvement. Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant selling experience in banking, with solid exposure in selling retail insurance products Possess recognized insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE) Good knowledge of insurance products in banking industry Proven track record in marketing and selling insurance products Familiar with regulatory requirements for carrying out insurance business Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
