Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients who need financial services and customized products to meet their financial needs and builds solid, profitable relationships with clients, with a focus on deposit acquisition, pricing, and sales development Execute strategies to meet individual revenue targets set by the Bank and maximise the Bank’s profitability Prospect and generate new business by expanding the customer portfolio and enhancing existing relationships through identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-tiering, Conduct credit analysis and review credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments Perform credit due diligence and ensure credit and regulatory compliance Follow up with clients to complete loan administration work in the post credit monitoring process Systematically acquire relevant information to support key decisions; is particularly resourceful in securing information from a variety of sources and integrates new information into planning and/or decision-making Demonstrate broad knowledge of the client’s industry; is aware of its benchmarks, standards, methodologies and structures; has up-to-date knowledge of client industry practices and processes and keep abreast of trends and developments Use analytical skills and knowledge of credit policies required to evaluate the financial condition of the clients and make recommendations for credit approval Identify risks and draws conclusions from financial data for the purpose of decision-making Consistently applies established procedures/ practices to make financial decisions Perform routine account monitoring and maintain good credit quality Demonstrate dedication and passion for exceeding the expectations of internal / external clients, earns client loyalty through accuracy, efficiency and courtesy Take ownership for solving problems, engaging the appropriate associates and addressing client issues in a timely and accurate manner Develop strong interpersonal alliances at appropriate levels and positively represents the company in the communities we serve Conduct regular KYC assessment on a timely basis and to ensure client onboarding activity is complied with the AML policy and procedures Maintain regular visit with the clients Identify, investigate and report any suspicious activities and transactions to respective units on a timely manner Requirements: University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Economics Minimum 5 years relevant banking experience, with strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, capable of handling deposit and lending portfolio independently Strong business development skills and sound knowledge of banking products and services with proven analytical skills and creative problem solving skills Proficiency in the financial services/products offered to PRC clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good business acumen with good knowledge of credit and lending policies and standard Good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
