1. Responsible for searching for and discovering investment opportunities and projects related to advanced manufacturing, new energy, and new materials, and developing and maintaining various investment information and project resource channels; 2. Lead the team in the search, evaluation, project establishment, due diligence, valuation, report analysis, negotiation, investment plan design, transaction negotiation and execution of potential projects related to the fields of advanced manufacturing, new energy, and new materials; 3. Good project mining and development capabilities; 4. Have keen market insight, be able to grasp project and market opportunities, predict risks and manage risks; 5. Carry out investment project transaction negotiations, be able to control the core terms in the negotiations, effectively assess project risks, coordinate project due diligence and investment progress management, and promote and facilitate investment decisions; 6. Establish and maintain good business relationships with project parties, partners, authorities and potential customers; 7. Manage investment projects, monitor and analyze the operation and management of investment projects, and promptly propose and prepare suggestions for business expansion and management improvement; 8. Participate in post-investment management, leverage professional and resource advantages, provide value-added services for investment projects and empower enterprises;
