Responsibilities: Assist in implementing strategies over the Bank's assets and liabilities with on-going monitoring of the actual implementation results and NIM performance Conduct in-depth assets and liabilities management (''ALM'') related analysis and propose enhancement recommendations; prepare high-quality ALCO analysis papers Assist in maintaining and executing a sound fund transfer pricing (''FTP'') mechanism; support the formulation and implementation process of FTP strategy Assist in the production of annual ICAAP and Capital Management related process Proactively liaison and partner with business divisions and treasury in the ALM process to drive towards targets Drive the enhancement process of ALM-related database, data quality and analysis tools Support ALM related projects Requirements: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines At least 3 years of experience in ALM, FTP or similar functions with financial institutions Knowledge in treasury activities and products Prior exposures in interest rate risk and liquidity risk management or capital management are definite advantages Sound analytical thinking is a pre-requisite Able to work independently under pressure, with good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
