Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, workflows, and forms. Prior HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience is highly desired, but not a must Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP web services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
