Location: HKEX - Exchange Square Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Contract Job Summary: Job Duties: Responsibilities: Carry out daily stock admission services operations in accordance with established rules, procedures and policies of the clearing houses Review issuers' listing documents and handling the life cycle event of EIPO processing Propose appropriate operational flow changes to enhance the day-to-day operational efficiency Support various automation and process reengineering initiatives and undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager Identify exceptional cases and contingency situations promptly, and escalate to management Requirements: University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in well-established financial organization; Knowledge of assets servicing, nominees /custodial operations in Hong Kong and global markets Team player and able to work under pressure Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Access.
