Investments and Wealth Solutions - Wealth Commercialization and Proposition Department Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors. We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Sales Development Manager Principal responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement sales, product, marketing and distribution strategies for the Bank's investment products distribution business. Lead the structured products' sales development projects and liaise with various internal / external parties to ensure the smooth delivery of products / services. Work closely with distribution channels and provide adequate support and ensure an efficient sales platform is maintained. Provide sales and training related support services. Assist in the formulation of sales strategies for the structured products business. Co-ordinate, develop and motivate staff to work towards strategic goal and business target of the department. Ensure the structured products sales model, sales procedures and sales support infrastructure can comply with the requirements of the Group and relevant regulatory authorities. Requirements University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications. 5 years' experience in investment management, structured products sales development related business preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior role. Proficient in project management, handling of new/existing structured products distributions. Strong sales orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure. Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good in both written English and Chinese, proficiency in Excel application an advantage.
