In this position, you will: To be responsible for receptionist duties, including answering telephone enquiries, mailing order, courier services, greeting visitors, meeting room booking, etc; Perform general clerical work duties such as bills and invoice checking, data entry, maintain the accurate filing systems, etc; Handle office administration duties such as procurement, office supplies management, mails distribution, follow up maintenance of office facilities, inventory update, etc.; Coordinate company events and staff activities; Occasional outside work will be required
Job requirements: Form 5 or above; 1 year working experience on office administration or clerical experience; Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing; Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua; Outgoing, cheerful, good communications, interpersonal skills and positive working attitude; Independent, detail-minded and self-motivated; Immediately available is highly recommended
