Business Assist growing the Affluent Segment Maximize portfolio penetration across Affluent clients & revenue growth via wealth penetration Understand market dynamics (from client to product perspective) & business dynamics of High Value Segment (across acquisition, portfolio revenue/ footing/ Product Per Client, relationship outflow/ leakage, attrition, sales/service model, sales productivity, etc) to support the business model Optimize portfolio by Qualified & Unqualified clients' management and mitigate outflow of Qualified PB clients Proactively engage in service & product delivery, implement high quality marketing & client communications to ensure seamless client experience Leverage Retail Analytical models to accurately target sub segments, design penetration plan & track portfolio performance. Support project delivery of a new system Act as subject matter expert representing affluent segment to align the understanding of the new platform and manage the changes introduced by new system Support and work closely with Project Team for the rollout of new platform of the changes / new process / solution Identify the impact to existing processes / procedures and ensure proper update / alignment with business / operations teams through training and re-design of operations flow / process / procedures Perform UAT for assigned product / operations / client requirement. Identify functional / system gaps and ensure proper resolution agreed / delivered before system implementation.
