Well established international Asset Management Firm Excellent Career Opportunity Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber candidate to join them. Assist in development, implementation, and execution of the investment strategy. Part of the  growing team managing an expanding investment portfolio with exposure to a diversity of asset classes and investment strategies. Perform market research and data analysis to support new strategy development and asset allocation decision.  Accountable for overall investment portfolio management, monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of regular investment reports for investment committee, ALCO and board meeting.  Propose improvements to enhance the reporting process. Provide market research and data analysis support on the development of strategic asset allocation framework across multiple segments with varying liabilities characteristics. Perform macro, micro markets fundamental and technical analysis across global markets and asset classes to support tactical asset allocation decision. Monitor investment portfolio activities, risk exposures, ensure compliance against internal and external guidelines and propose mitigating actions. Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and fund managers, perform attribution analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Support ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives including the introduction of new asset classes, strategies, and derivatives solutions. To be considered, you should be a university graduate with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial industry. Sound analytical and quantitative skills with competent data collection and analysis capability. Attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Solid oral and written Chinese and English communication skills. Excellent  technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
