About the team Japanese Corporate Section is responsible for maintaining and developing banking business activities with Japanese companies. Role requirements To perform credit analysis on customers to ensure smooth document circulation and to obtain approval; To prepare credit rating, credit applications and related documents for Japanese Corporate Business Promotion teams; To provide general banking services to customers and handling KYC for customers Essential Functions Ensure good collaboration of working, knowledge sharing and guidance within team; Initiate and implement project enhancing daily operations. Competencies We are looking for an individual who has mind-set to make improvements for higher productivity and performance Continuously acquiring necessary knowledge through day to day work and training, the individual should learn to work independently or in a team The individual respects for and commits to high standards of business conduct and integrity in conducting operations, reporting and etc. Work experience, education and skills Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related discipline, e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Banking, etc; 1-3 years’ experience in credit analysis field or business promotion is preferred; Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Japanese would be a plus; Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel; Cheerful personality, willing to face challenges and a good team player;
