Responsibilities Develop integrated marketing campaigns and events for different segments, including PB & TPC, Deposit & Payment Execute campaigns and promotions effectively, aligning with affluent segment and digital marketing strategies. Support marketing plans and strategy for the Greater Bay Area. Develop effective marketing communications targeting overseas Mainland Chinese and frequent travelers from HK to GBA with wealth management needs. Partner with vendors (creative & media agencies, design houses, and printers) to deliver quality and timely marketing campaigns, including above-the-line, below-the-line, POS materials, and social media. Manage customer acquisition and engagement events through paid media, both offline and online, including social media. Drive engagement on the public website and WeChat account through regular content and communications. Plan and organize internal and external events when needed, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to financial and time constraints. Manage and control the distribution and replenishment of marketing materials smoothly. Maintain a tracking system for post-program evaluation. Work with the business and regional marketing team to measure ROI from key campaigns and promotions, developing strategies to increase marketing ROI. Analyze data, conduct routine analysis of key competitors' marketing activities. Develop strategies and recommend solutions to the business for brand building and acquisition. Handle advertising and promotion payments timely and accurately. Participate in HO squad meetings as M1 to contribute marketing ideas. Manage and lead a team of 2 marketing professionals, providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, ensuring the development and growth of team members. Requirements Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in integrated campaign management and digital / social channels Experience in integrated campaigns planning and execution with a good understanding of digital marketing and analytics Manage social media accounts w/vendors for brand building / acquisition and engagement Creative minded, detail-oriented, and good project management & presentation skills Attention to details and be able to lead a team Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages
