WPB Chief of Staff We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Fraud Management (Fraud MI). Principal responsibilities To extract, collect, consolidate, monitor and keep track on various Management Information (MI) data to manage Fraud Operations, Fraud Management Team and fraud related reporting. To follow up with issues identified and obtain root cause analysis, damage control, preventive/mitigation measures, risk assessment and path to green solutions to improve the MI data. To consolidate and present the MI data to various local or regional team stakeholders and governance meetings. Requirements University graduate or above, major in data analytic / statistics / programming will be an advantage. At least 2-5 years' working experience in risk controls, incident management or governance / risk related field. Programming knowledge with Python and/or SAS system will be an advantage. Experience in analysing and presenting management information in a precise and innovative way. With depth knowledge of fraud risk management, MI reporting and analysis, service level monitoring and reporting.
