We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as ETF Business and Partnership Manager. Principal Responsibilities Oversee and be responsible for the ETF business performance and serve as a subject matter expert to strengthen the ETF franchise and leadership Establish partnership with various stakeholders in the ETF industry, including index providers, regulatory bodies, fund consultants and industry associations to facilitate a sustainable business growth Connect with Hong Kong, Mainland and international Asset Managers to seize regional and global opportunities for the ETF business growth Implement business plan and drive the ETF business for supporting a sustainable growth of ETF business including AUM, revenue and market share Conduct research on the global ETF trends and make ETF business proposals to senior management for steering the long term business strategy Requirements University degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualifications Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the asset management with hand-on experience in ETF Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver the expected outcome in expected schedule Excellent analytical, project management and interpersonal skills Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery of outputs Strong planning, presentation and analytical skills, be sensitive to numbers Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong. # LI-HASE
