We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as CMB Insurance Business Development Manager. Principal Responsibilities Formulate and implement sales strategic plans to achieve insurance business targets on commercial client segment by collaboration with frontline teams across distribution channels Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers/ Insurance Managers to identify customers' financial needs and business opportunities Provide professional onsite support for sales teams on pre-case preparation, post-case evaluation, underwriting and operation to enhance closing ratio Conduct training and coaching for commercial insurance managers to enhance their knowledge and skills in promoting insurance products Assist to implement the Group's/ Bank's compliance policy to ensure adequate compliance resources are properly in place with training provided Requirements University degree in Business, Finance or related discipline Minimum 5 years' insurance sales/ business development experience, preferably with exposure in commercial insurance business Experience in Commercial Banking, Private Banking, PRC exposure, law or trust background preferred Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations Mature and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English is required Good market sense with strong understanding on the insurance industry Sound knowledge in life insurance proposition concept and product knowledge Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong.
