As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank's retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Insurance Academy and Development. Principal responsibilities Manage all aspects of designing and organizing the insurance training curriculum for the Insurance Department Deploy a wide variety of training methods, organize and deliver training sessions, launch events, product positioning seminars, and other up-skilling initiatives Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that address needs and expectations Coordinate training logistics across all channels recruited and authorized to distribute products and services of Hang Seng Insurance Work with Training Department to review the life insurance training agenda and delivery of agreed life insurance learning content to all internal and external frontline sales channels Provide advice on the content of customer or internal stakeholder learning and development events Requirements University degree holder in related discipline or other relevant qualifications Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in insurance field Passed all relevant papers I,II,III of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals, good computer and database skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient a nd effective customer service delivery Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong.
