We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Process and Proposition. The jobholder will assist the manager to oversee and manage all aspects of New Business processing of all products and policies under the personal life business. Your principal accountabilities will include: Oversee New Business functions of the outsoruced parties to ensure quality delivery with target service pledge Review, revise and implement appropriate internal business controls and procedures in New Business to ensure legal and regulatory compliance Manage back-mail policy pack resend and incoming document for the department Manage policy or operations related projects and ensure successful implementation Support New Business / Life Operation and support Leader to formulate the operational strategies, initiations and departmental planning Provide sales support to distribution channel (e.g download & prepare sales tracking and pending case reports if any) Provide routine administrative duties and support general administration of the Insurance Operations Department, business reporting and any ad hoc tasks Ensure quality work output and accuracy Requirements University graduate in related disciplines or relevant qualifications, or candidate with relevant working experiences 1 to 2 years of solid experience in backend insurance operations on New Business Strong knowledge in PC applications of software such as MS Office and Excel.
